The process begins by filling out the Online Application Form. In this form, candidates must provide their personal and academic information and proceed with the submission of the Required Documentation:
After submission, the application goes through the Evaluation Committee (composed of course coordinators and representatives of the International Department). If accepted, the student receives confirmation of acceptance into the mobility program via an Acceptance Letter sent to both the student and their home institution, confirming acceptance and detailing the course and the mobility period.
Accepted students will receive detailed guidance on the next steps and preparation for their mobility. This pre-arrival orientation and welcome includes essential information regarding the required documentation and academic preparation. The student must then attend the orientation sessions organized for new international students. Finally, the student completes their enrollment at the chosen university center.
